How Academia And The Courts
Conspire To Destroy
Western Civilization
Alexander Hamilton. What a smart guy.
Now when it comes to musicals, I’m more of a 1776 guy myself. So is Aaron Burr.
But I gotta give it to the first head of the Treasury…
He knew his stuff.
Hamilton called a lot of winning bets in his time. Probably his biggest was the one he made about the Separation of Powers…
“…the judiciary, from the nature of its functions, will always be the least dangerous to the political rights of the Constitution…The judiciary, on the contrary, has no influence over either the sword or the purse; no direction either of the strength or of the wealth of the society; and can take no active resolution whatever. It may truly be said to have neither force nor will, but merely judgment; and must ultimately depend upon the aid of the executive arm even for the efficacy of its judgments.”
But what happens when the Judiciary no longer functions as it was intended?
Rise Of The Shamans
Today the Judiciary Arm serves as the Secret Society of Shamans who give their blessing or curse to all the actions of man. No man will move without the Shaman’s Blessing for fear of his deadly Curse.
What makes his Curse so powerful?
A moral society that fetishizes equality under the Rule of Law.
In this way, the Blessing of the Shaman stays and lets the Sword, tightens and loosens the string of the Purse.
In this way, the Shamans become all powerful.
It was Hamilton’s greatest nightmare.
“There is no liberty, if the power of judging be not separated from the legislative and executive powers,” he wrote.
For the hand that controls Sword and the Purse control all.
The Man Behind The Man
The Shamans may perform the incantations, but the it is High Priests who bestow upon them the incantations to perform.
Who are these High Priests?
If the Judiciary is the Shaman, then Academia is the High Priest.
These are the Postmodernists…the Marxists, the Feminists, the Race-Baiters…the kind that call for segregated safe spaces, loot and riot against free speech, and spew venomous hate under the cover of Justice.
These High Priests are protected from the Sword of the Executive by the First Amendment.
These High Priests are funded by the Purse of State and Federal Legislatures…often on top of Private donations.
And so it is these High Priests who truly make our laws.
For it is these High Priests who poison the minds of the Shamans, and it is these Shamans who read us our rights.
And it is these rights that have led us from the Light of Liberty…only to feed us to the Leeches of Licence.
“How’d They Do It?”
That’s the Million Dollar Question.
How did these High Priests lead us from Liberty to Licence?
A tsunami of ink has been spilled trying to answer it. If you want, you can swim in it all day…but the bottom line boils down to a 3 key points.
Centuries ago, the High Priests cooked up a new kind of morality, one that said being a good person is all about not Harming or being Unfair to anyone.
The High Priests taught that Mankind is naturally born with this type of Morality…Jean Jacques Rousseau’s “Noble Savage in the State of Nature” type stuff.
Off of these two starting points, the High Priests figured that if Mankind is naturally born a Noble Savage, then it is Authority that corrupts him.
Therefore, Liberty is too enslaved to Authority. It’s got rules, and rules are what makes man evil.
If that’s the case, then there’s only one way to save man…let Licence break Liberty’s chains!
Now anybody who doesn’t live under a rock knows there’s a lot more to the Morality and the Human Condition then this Noble Savage stuff.
But these days, we like to build our Universities under rocks, and so these fallacies a toddler can poke holes in get passed on…generation after generation, from the High Priests to the Shamans, from the Shamans to the People.
The Bottom Line
Alexander Hamilton said that“There is no liberty, if the power of judging be not separated from the legislative and executive powers.”
From the machinations of the High Priests, the Shamans have assumed control over the Executive’s Sword and the Legislative’s Purse. But their power is truly not bestowed by the High Priests…it is bestowed by us.
When we understand that even our holy Shamans can make mistakes, that even those who can commune with men-made-into-gods can become corrupt, and that Tyranny will not come from a dictator but by the moral “reasoning” of an enlightened few, only then can we break it’s power.
Only by looking at the man behind the curtain can we truly become free.
