You know the truth…Men and Women ARE different.
You see with your own eyes every day…even though school, work, and media will tell you otherwise.
But you’ve probably been asking yourself this question:
“Just HOW exactly are Men and Women different?”
Lucky for you, we’ve got the answer below!
Love Doctor Tells All!
You’re not the only person asking this question.
A fellow named John Gray asked himself this question too.
Having traveled the world, known many girls, and ended his first marriage in a messy divorce, John Gray became a doctor of psychology to make sense of his vast and varied experiences with the opposite sex.
But unlike most PhDs, the newly minted John Gray was different.
“Experience is your best teacher,” John Gray said. “Many people reach a level of education and think they know everything there is to know. Many of my colleagues and friends have degrees from prestigious schools but they spend years working alone.”
But not John. He knew the truth Indiana Jones knew so well:
You gotta get out of the library!
But just what did the John discover out there in the real world?
It’s Not Just For Pick-Up Artists…
John Gray discovered what we all intuitively know: “When you understand the opposite sex is simply different, nobody gets blamed.”
But what’s more, he discovered HOW we both are “simply different!”
It’s insight that won’t just help men and women in their relationships, but eternal truths that will help:
- COIN operators in terror-infested war zones…
- LEOs patrolling crime-ridden urban streets…
- Diplomats rebuilding failed Third World states…
And much, much more!

What Are Men Really About?
John Gray put all of his findings from his decades worth of PhD research and a lifetime of observation and experience into a single go-to book: Men Are From Mars: Women Are From Venus.
In it, he explains that “A man’s sense of self is defined through his ability to achieve results.” (Gray 16).
That’s what getting the job done is all about!
It’s why Men “value power, competency, efficiency, and achievement” (Gray 16). It’s all about beating the other guy or opposing life force.
It’s a dog-eat-dog world, and if you’re not on the ball, you’ll get eaten. It’s the truth that Titus Maccius Plautus knew so well far back in the days of Ancient Rome: “Homo Homini Lupus”, he said. “Man is Wolf to Man.”
That’s why men are “always doing things to prove themselves and develop their power and skills.” (Gray 16). You can’t let the other guy get the drop on you because you were unprepared!
“For [a man] to feel good about he must achieve these [victory] goals by himself. Someone else can’t achieve them for him” (Gray 16).
With men, it’s all about “Tough Guy Conflict Culture” built on Self-Reliance.
The “Dead Weight” Threat
Because if you can’t carry your own weight, you’re dead weight. An added burden for everybody to carry around, weighing down everybody…men, women, children, old folks…everybody you care about.
Constitutional Historian Forrest McDonald said it best:
“It was at once individualistic and communal…
“Individualistic in that no member of the public could be dependent upon any other and still be reckoned a member of the public…
“Communal in that every man gave himself totally to the good of the public as a whole…
“If public virtue declined, the republic declined, and if it declined, the republic died” (McDonald 70-71).
What’s worse, you won’t just be an added burden. You’ll be setting yourself up to get stabbed in the back.
“He Who Does More Is Worth More”
He who does more is worth more, so if you’ve got to farm out your responsibilities to the other guy, he’s got all the power over you. That means he’s the master and you’re the slave…and he can take you out any time he wants.
That’s why “To offer a man unsolicited advice is to presume that he doesn’t know what to do or that the can’t do it on his own” (Gray 17). And that makes a man mad.
Because saying so is telling him he’s dead weight loser slave.
But that’s not how women see the world at all.
Not by a long shot.
